Adding Functions, Qualifications and Trainings

Creating categories to be used within Fleks-pools.

When you create a job, you naturally only want to reach the people who are eligible for this job. It is therefore important to create a pool of categories and employees. As a result, the system always provides the best match between an employee and a job. First you will determine the categories for the group. Creating an employee pool is a next step. (See video below for reference)

• Go to 'Settings'

• Choose the tab 'pool settings'

• Click on the small 'plus-icon' to add new categories

• Enter in the data and save the newly added categories
