Adding notes to a client profile

How do I add notes to particular client profiles? This could be useful in communicating with you staff.

You can make comments for yourself and your team at different levels within the system. Only users with an admin account will be able to see these comments. Clients and staff members without the proper access-rights, are not able to view these comments.

  • Go to [Database > Clients]. Choose the client you would like to comment on.

  • Click on the icon at the top right [see notes]. You can now read back the comments of your colleagues or leave a comment yourself! (See video for reference)
