Special qualifications for employees

If you want to add criteria such as Pregnancy, Team Leader functions or other special qualifications to an employee, you can easily do this via settings. To do this, go to [Settings > Admin > Add status]

Then enter the status it concerns at: 'Name'.

Enter the ID under which it falls 'this could be a serial number, for example' at: 'ID'.

Once you've created a feature status, go to [Database > Services]. Click here for a job of your choice, provided that an employee is scheduled for the relevant job.

Please note that you can only link a special status to an employee if he is scheduled for a job. You can also only link a special status to jobs that fall under the following 3 categories.

  • All upcoming

  • Open

  • Filled

Then click on the name of a job. You will then see the following screen.

Click here on the employee's time. Here you can then add the special status that you previously created. (See image below)
