How do I introduce a candidate to a job request?

How do I introduce a candidate to a job request? 

Go to the Planner and click on the job for which you want to propose a candidate or candidates.
(See image below)

When you scroll down inside the sidebar, you will see all the candidates eligible for the job, click on the employee you want to propose for the job, and click the 'invite' / 'schedule' / 'propose' button. (See image below)
