Connect with your partner organization to collaborate via Fleks.
If you want to exchange jobs and employees with your partner organization, you both need a Fleks environment.
Since a new update from us, you can already create a connection without the other party needing an account within Fleks. They then use a so-called 'Freemium account'. This ensures an even faster connection with your partners in order to exchange flex workers again at a rapid pace. :)
How to make a connection...

Go to 'Settings'

Select the 'Sharing jobs' tab

Click on the 'New Connection' button

Copy the link and send via email or Whatsapp to your external partner organisation

Once the request is accepted, services and employees can be shared
