How to import Jobs in large quantities?

Through the Jobs table in the environment you can import Jobs by means of an Excel Sheet.

Within the Fleks environment it is possible to create jobs in large batches. This is really useful for when you receive a lot of jobs from one client (who does not use the Fleks environment ) but from which you would still like to import them all at once.
To do this, go to [Database > Jobs > Add job].

Be careful. To be able to import jobs you need a Google account, so that you can make use of your own Google Drive and Google Spreadsheets.
Please follow the exact setup as is given by the example sheet, which you can find once you click on 'import jobs'. (See image below)

Important when importing Pools. (Column K within the sheet)
When you want to directly link different pools to specific employees/jobs, you can do so by stating these within Column K within the Excel sheet. What is essential here, is that the Pool added has the exact same name as the Pool within the environment, including any capital letters. Always double-check the name from the Pools in [Settings > Poole settings > Poole manager.] (See image below)
