What is the manager function and what can I do with it?
The manager function is intended for the manager, team leaders or supervisors who want insight into planning and working hours on location.

The manager function is easy to create in [Settings > Admin > Active accounts > New user]. You can also easily deactivate the active accounts here by clicking on the 3 dots next to the account. (See image below)

Below you can see how to create an account. Select Manager at the Permissions button. With the login details you have entered here, the relevant manager can log in to the Fleks Manager app intended for this purpose. (See image below)

Within the manager app there is the possibility to see all Schedules per day, in the bottom left corner of the screen under the heading 'Schedules'.

There is also the option within the app to use the QR scanner. The QR scanner is applicable if it is checked on in the workflow.
Tip! With the manager app and the QR scanner option in the workflow you are always sure that everything is going as smooth as planned.
