Managing your account

All information about login and logout, changes and password reset.

How do I log in?

You can log in with the login details you created during the registration process. You can download the app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (IOS). If you do not know your login details, you should consult your employer or the planner.

I don't see a login button after entering my login details?

It is possible that your keyboard is blocking the login button. Click anywhere on the screen and the keyboard will disappear. You can now log in by clicking on the appropriate button.

How do I log out?

You can log out in the app. To do this, go to More in the app's menu. Then choose Logout. You will now not receive notifications sent to you via the app.

Note: It is possible that you will still receive notifications via your e-mail.

Change e-mail address

You can change your email address in the Fleks app. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to More in the menu

  2. Choose 'Profile'

  3. Click on 'Email'

  4. Change the mailadres and press 'Confirm'

I forgot my password? Two ways to get you back on track!

  1. If you cannot log in to the app because you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one. Open the application and follow the instruction: 'Forgot your password? Click here.” You will receive a link in your email to reset your password.

  2. You can request your password from the person who manages your account. This is your employer or the planner. This person can send you a link to reset the password.
