Starting with planning within the mobile application

Here you will find how to start planning, register for different jobs and how to report your availability.

How can I register for jobs?

When you open the Fleks app, go to 'Open jobs' in the menu (the bar at the bottom of the screen with icons). Here are all available jobs for which you can register.

Where can I see my jobs?

In the 'My jobs' section of the menu, you will find all the jobs you have registered for. You can also see the status of the job: pending confirmation from your employer, approved or cancelled. You can also click on the job for more detailed information.

How do I report my availability?

You can indicate your availability via the agenda in the app. Start by clicking the 'Edit Availability' button. You can now report your availability per day or several days at the same time. You can indicate whether or not you are available on one whole day or certain time slots.

How do I report my availability for night shifts?

  1. Specify the start time of the service until midnight. (See image below)

     

  2. Specify the following day from midnight to the end of the shift. (See image below)

     

     

    I don't see any jobs to subscribe?

    If you don't see any available jobs under 'Open Jobs', there may be no jobs available at this time. It is also possible that the specifications in your profile are not correct. Consult your planner and/or employer for this.

    Can I cancel a job?

    If you are registered for a job and it has not yet been accepted by your employer, you can cancel the job yourself in 'My jobs'. If your employer has already accepted your registered shift and you want to cancel it, you should contact the planner.

    What do the colours (dots per shift) mean in [My jobs]?

    Green: The subscription to the job has been approved. You can now start the workflow.

    Yellow: Your registration for the job is pending confirmation from your employer.

    Red: The workflow has not yet been completed. Continue to the next step in the workflow.

    Grey: The job has been cancelled.

    Where can I find my worked jobs?

    You can find your past shifts in the menu under 'More' and then 'Work history'. Here you can see all jobs that have been fully completed. If you have not yet completed the workflow of a job, it will remain under 'My jobs'.
