What does the accepted tab mean within Hours?

The hours and costs of these shifts have been checked and are ready for the invoice run.

Within this tab from the menu you can find all previously checked and accepted hours from the 'open' tab. Even though all hours have been accepted, you can still make final details here. For example, Planners can accept hours, but only Admins can send the hours to the invoice run. Therefore, this step is necessary. Sending all data to the invoice run can be done by following the steps as can be seen in the pictures below (Please refer to the image below).

When all hours are final, you can send them to the invoice run and get an export once it is finished. If you do not want to run the invoice run, you can also put all accepted hours to the processed tab by hand. This however, takes more time. (Please refer to the image below)

Small note.

It is not possible to pay your employee through Fleks. Fleks can only export all the data so that your payments can be done through an external payment software.
