What can i do with the Schedule Board?
The Schedule Board is the overview of all employees and their personal schedules.
You can also see their contract hours, contract days and any availability for the upcoming period.

On the left side of the Schedule board you will find all employees. Again, the system takes into account certain filters that have been added in the 'filter' bar at the top of the screen. Would you like more information about how to filter by employees? Then click here.

The main difference between the Schedule Board and the Planner is that the Schedule Board shows a personal roster per employee, while the Planner shows all available shifts in that particular week.

The availability of employees is easy to see through the bars that you can find above each day. (See image below)
Green means: I can work
Red means: I'm not available
Grey means: Availability not indicated
