How to import my entire employee database?

With just one excel sheet, you can instantly transport your entire employe database.

Within Fleks it is possible to import employees by means of an Excel sheet. This saves the time of doing it separately for each employee. You can do this in 2 different ways, through a google account/drive or directly from one of your files located on your computer. We recommend option 2, as files within your company may sometimes not be shared with everyone or blocked to outside accounts, which in return denies the Fleks software to recognise the Excel file.  (See image below)




Arrangement of the Excel sheet.

The first row has to include the following terms. (Also see the picture above)
Email: An email-adres is required.
- First name: A first name is required.
- Last name: Optional
- Initials: Optional
- Adress: Optional
- House number: Optional
- House number ext: Optional
- Zip code: Optional
- City: Optional
- Birth date: Optional
- Is verified: Always enter 'TRUE' here
- Is reg complete: Always enter 'TRUE' here
- Job categories: Enter the employees skills/abilities (Can be entered in later as well) / Optional

You can enter the import at Database > Employees > Add employee.
