What is a Workflow?

The workflow determines the steps that the employee must go through during a shift.

The workflow is a very extensive and flexible functionality. With the workflow you determine which steps your employees have to complete during their shift. A workflow is always linked to a job. That means you can create different workflows for different types of jobs. You can create an infinite number of workflows. You are completely in charge!

You can find the functionality under [Settings > Admin > Workflow]

(See image below)

The following elements of the workflow are associated with a project: quiz, evaluation and declaration. This means that if you process one of these elements in your workflow and you want to see it again during a job, you must also process these elements during the creation of the project to which these jobs belong.
